Free Speech/ Neo-Nazis; Miller's Court: Right of Way; the city council meeting is interrupted by a marching group who asks for the right to parade during the July 4th celebrations; Harvey Silverglate and Leonard Zakim represent each side of the issue; can a community exclude disfavored groups from representation in the parade? Black screen breaks; a jury of 12 discusses their opinions, and viewers are encouraged to call in their votes for or against the militant group participating in the community parade; the lawyers describe their strategies in their arguments; 7 jurors voted against allowing the militants to march in the parade;
