Miller's Court: All that glitters; a child writes to Santa, and gets a reply that includes sparklers; the child's mother takes the Santa-writer to court because the child paid $10 for the authentication of Santa; fraud, or supplier of good feelings? black screen breaks; Newman Flanagan and Henry Owens represent each side of the issue before a jury of observers; jurors talk about what they believe is fraudulent about the advertisement and subsequent letter; 7 of the 12 jurors found the letter writer to be engaging in mail fraud;
