2716.1081 Miller's Court: You are what you see; there is a scene of children watching a music video rather than doing their homework; then a mother complains to the cable operator about the content of the videos but ends up going to court to determine what is allowed on the station's broadcast; black screen breaks; Alice Richmond and Alan Dershowitz represent each side of the question of who has authority over the cable programming; personal responsibility and accountability are among the points discussed; the use of lock boxes at the home set is noted as an option, instead of relying on community censorship; the lawyers talk about the values of their clients; a jury of viewers discuss their opinions; 11 of 12 jurors voted in favor of non-censorship; the viewing audience called in their votes, with a similar result;
