Miller's Court: And to All a Good Night; the scene opens on a neighborhood scene of lights and drive-through traffic enjoying the lights and music; "Neighborhood Privacy"; black screen breaks; attorneys Raul Lovett and John Kaplan question witnesses and offer arguments before the jurors on the question of whether the defendant's pleasure should be allowed to cause the plaintiff pain; the lawyers are asked about their strategies and the jurors are asked about their thoughts; 7 jurors voted for the defendant and 5 voted for the plaintiff.
