Arthur Miller explains the case, the woman suing her former psychiatrist for “breach of duty”. Michael Avery is the lawyer for the plaintiff, Joe Oteri for the defendant. The plaintiff and defendant are questioned by the lawyers. The lawyers address the jury. Arthur Miller asks the lawyers how they prepared for the trial. Miller talks to the jury. Miller talks about steps to change laws regarding doctor and patient romantic relationships. The jury sides with the plaintiff.
