AbstractMiller's Court: Prodical Son; scene opens with a plane landing and a customs officer voices over a description of a man before he is arrested by the FBI; Norman Early and Steven Shapiro are the attorneys who question witnesses and argue the case for excluding the scientist who wants to return from Russia to the U.S. after defecting several years ago; viewers are offered a phone number to call and vote on whether to allow the scientist to return; attorneys are asked about their strategies and jurors are asked about their views; 5 jurors voted to grant the scientist a return and 7 voted to deny him.
