Miller's Court: Thou Shalt Not Kill; the scene opens on a detention center for kids and talk about a particular case that calls for the Juvenile Death Penalty; Steven Clark and Nancy Gertner will be the attorneys arguing before a jury in the question of whether juveniles should receive death sentences in criminal convictions; black screen breaks; witnesses include the dead girl's mother and the juvenile defendant; the lawyers are questioned about the general question of juvenile prisoners; jurors are questioned about their thoughts on juvenile delinquency and prison; the jurors voted 6 for the death penalty and 6 voted for life imprisonment; no results appeared on the screen in the audience vote.
