Miller's Court: Honor Thy Parents; the scene opens with two sons arguing about parents moving into a home for Aging Parents; son sues son for more support of the parents so that they can live at home rather than be moved into a home for the aging; attorneys Scott Harshbarger and Martin Gannon interview the sons and will represent each side of the case; black screen breaks; the attorneys are questioned about the problems of the question in general, and jurors are polled about the details of the case; 9 jurors voted with the defendant and 3 voted with the plaintiff; the audience voted similarly, though more closely split with 53% that there was no duty to pay for the parents' at-home-care, while 47% voted that there was a duty to pay for at-home care.
