Miller's Court: My Brother's Keeper; a party ends in drunk driving and a deadly car crash; a lawsuit follows in which the widow sues the host of the party as responsible for the death; lawyers Herman Gotcher and Jeanne Baker argue the question of responsibility before a live panel of jurors; the lawyers are questioned about their strategies; jurors are queried are about their views; 7 jurors found for the defendant, the party host, as not responsible for the death of the drunk driver, while 5 found for the plaintiff who thought the host was responsible;
