Miller's Court: Private Violence; scene opens with mother and son talking about the parent's fight last night; the mother promises that the fighting will not happen again; she is charged with homicide in self defense; black screen breaks; Robert Banks and Gerry Spence are the attorneys who question the mother and son about what happened on the many occasions of the fights; the attorneys are questions about their strategies; the jury is polled on their reaction to the testimony and strategies of the attorneys; 8 jurors voted the mother guilty and 4 jurors voted not guilty.
