Arthur Miller: Doing Time; An inmate sues because of his treatment in jail; Arthur Miller introduces the lawyers, Richard Emery and Thomas Norton, Jr., who will present the legal arguments on each side of the case before the jurors; black screen breaks; Miller asks the lawyers about their strategies; the jurors are asked about their observations after the lawyers' presentations; 9 jurors voted for the plaintiff (the inmate) and 3 for the the jail system; [same as 2716.1088]
