Miller's Court: Until Proven Innocent; The scene begins with a jogger running through the woods and then he is confronted by police who take him to the station; in another scene his wife leaves him; then the rape charges are dropped; he sues the police for his false arrest and the damages done to his life; Arthur Miller welcomes the audience, Henry Owens, representing the plaintiff, and Tom Burns, for the defense; black screen breaks; actors answer questions during a mock trial before jurors; the attorneys are questioned about their tactics; the jurors are asked about their views on the evidence; 7 jurors voted for the defendant and 5 voted for the plaintiff;
