Title: “Miller’s Court, Side Effects”. Dramatic scene, where a girl gets birth control pills from her doctor. The doctor then informs her parents. Arthur Miller introduces the case, where plaintiff Sarah Kelly sues Dr. Hermon for breach of doctor patient confidentiality. This episode has a jury made up of all teenagers. Nancy Gertner is the attorney for the plaintiff, Stephen Delinsky for the defendant. The attorneys question Sarah and Dr. Hermon. The lawyers address the jury. Miller talks with the lawyers about their tactics. Miller talks with the teenage jury. The jury sides with the plaintiff.
