Miller's Court: Legacy; Upon the death of a family man, and dispersal of that inheritance, his property's seizure by the government on behalf of crime victims of the deceased is the issue; Arthur Miller introduces the lawyers, Diane Kottmyer and Earle Cooley, who will argue the points of law before jurors; the lawyers talk about their strategies, and the jurors talk about what they observed in the presentations; the viewers are invited to call in their vote of supporting the seizure; 8 jurors voted in favor of the seizure and 4 voted against the seizure; the audience vote screen is blank;
