Miller's Court: Kill & Tell; A scene opens with couples in a bar flirting, then fades to a man waking up to a note alerting him to his partner's positive herpes test results; Arthur Miller voices over that the man decides to sue his former partner for damages, claiming that she should have told him of her condition before they had sex, and the woman alleges that the man should have protected himself; Arthur Miller welcomes the audience to another episode of Miller's Court where George Ford will represent the plaintiff and Norman Zalkind will represent the defendant; black screen breaks; actors portray the plaintiff and defendant, answering questions in a mock trial before a jury; the audience is invited to vote by calling in during a short break; the lawyers are questioned about the sorts of things they didn't have time to pursue on this program; the jury members are asked about what they thought of the evidence; the jury voted 9 against awarding damages and 3 for awarding damages;
