Miller's Court: The Last Straw; An elderly man is taunted in his yard by a group of young men until he pulls out a small caliber handgun and shoots at the group to disperse them, killing one of the boys; he is charged with murder; William Kunkle and Patrick Williams represent each side of the case before a jury; Arthur Miller asks the lawyers about their strategies and asks the jurors about how persuaded they were that the intent was murder rather than an accident which would be manslaughter; 8 jurors voted for manslaughter, and 4 for murder;
