AbstractMiller's Court: Just Coffee; "Date Rape" opens with a party scene of couple enjoys drinks and separating into small talk; one pair drives off, with the outcome of a charge of rape. black screen breaks; Tom Reilly and Jeanne Baker are the attorneys who question both plaintiff and defendant before a jury; the roommate of the plaintiff says she knew the plaintiff had sex with other men, but by choice, not by force; the attorneys share their strategies with the jurors. The jurors talk about their reasons for their vote with a majority voting for the plaintiff.
