Title: “Miller’s Court”, “Prescription for Murder”. Dramatization of a murder investigation. Arthur Miller introduces the court case of a man accused of murdering his brother. The lawyers are Eric Warner and JoAnne Wolfson. The lawyers question the witness and the accused, then give their summation. Arthur Miller asks the lawyers about their tactics. Miller questions the jury. The jury decides the brother is not guilty.
