AbstractMiller's Court: Felon at Fifteen; 3:24 a.m. a young man is shown with a gas can and lighting a fire, then riding away on bicycle; emergency crews evacuating a building that is burning and a Newton Police officer arresting Winston Jones; juvenile or adult court for the defendant; black screen breaks; Eric Warner and Henry Owens interview Winston and the mother of the dead child in a courtroom setting about what they saw and thought about events on the day of the fire; the lawyers talk briefly about their strategies; the judges/jury are questioned about what they think of the legal outcomes in the case; an evenly divided court put Winston Jones in either court determine either by age or action.
