Miller's Court: Seeing is Believing; A robbery at a convenience store at the close of day puts the eye witness in the cross-hairs; Stephen Delinsky and James La Rossa argue the case of the eye witness as primary evidence before a jury; black screen breaks; the jurors talk about how convinced they were by the eye witness accounts and how sympathetic they found the defendant; 9 jurors voted not guilty because the eye witness testimony alone is thought to be so weak, and only 3 voted guilty;
