Bars and tone. Black and Slate. Starts at 1:30 A Likely Story bookmobile opening. Alison intro about Beginnings. Show opening. Starring: Alison Martin Medicine Story Kid Brothers Alison and kids cleaning the bookmobile. They find Alison’s family album and she shows them pictures and tells them about the ancestors. Pictures “come to life” and comment. Zooms into caveman” ancestor who introduces the book Cartoon: “A Story A Story” by Gail E. Haley Kids react to the book with Alison, then cut to commercial (~2 min) Back to the book mobile. Kids are all reading books. Alison asks question: “what kind of stories do you like?” Compilation of different kid’s answers. Back to the book mobile. Alison and the kids go into “the magic book” and are transported to a forest. Kids wish that they knew where stories came from and a man appears. They ask him where stories come from and he says that the Seneca tribe has a story about that, and proceeds to tell them the story. Man speaks directly to the camera. They thank him and move on. Cuts to commercial (~2 min) Alison and the kids walk through the woods. A giant acorn hits one of the kids and they find two men dress as squirrels, Josh and Mike squirrel. They sing a song for the kids (Which Came first the Acorn or the Tree). Cut to commercial The group take the magic book back to the book mobile and intro into Your Story segment. Multiple untitled stories by kids. The first story is by Davita [Collins]? And the second one is by Dennis [Aquinta]? By Gordan [Gull]? Kids recommend books while the credits roll.
