Carl helps Dirty Frank sort through his junk. Trina talks about restoring old objects and pollution. Mr. B teaches about recycling, with Richard Wimberly of the Metropolitan Ecology Workshop. Film clip with music of children cleaning up litter. The fire inspector comes in inspect Dirty Frank’s chimney. The children help Dirty Frank clean up.
