Full Warrantees: What are the limitations on a warrantee? The parts of the product; The time given on a warrantee;
Limited Warrantees: Parts or for a period of time or the first purchaser or maintenance might be the limits on a warrantee;
Fair Billing: Statements must include certain kinds of provisions for disputes;
Parental Responsibilities for Child Vandalism: States limit what parents must pay and it is often also by the age of the child, and sometimes negligence is part of the condition;
Travel Agent to Court: Is the agent negligent? Or is the Tour Operator at fault for a bad trip?
Fair Debt Collection: Must identify; keep it private; be civil.
Small Claims Court: Not a separate court but a simpler court;
World Court: The Hague chartered by the U.N. with 15 judges; international law and laws of nations involved;
Supreme Court: Must hear those cases "unconstitutional" and "writs" but very few;
Plea Bargaining: Negotiation for a guilty verdict, and promote efficiency;
