[typed note included with can notes: Special Customer Service Note The results obtained with this film are not completely satisfactory, apparently because of a mechanical malfunction. Although we do not know the exact cause, your experience with the film, and its operation in your camera, may help you determine what happened. Difficulty with more than one magazine or cartridge would suggest the need for having the camera inspected by the manufacturer or a qualified repair service. Since Kodak magazines and cartridges are manufactured to rigid standards, and subject to careful inspection before packaging, the percentage which will not operate in a camera in good order is extremely small. A complimentary film is included with the processed film. A review of the camera manual, before using the new film, will help insure against a possible loading or operating error. (If you used a Kodak Prepaid Processing Mailer you will find a new one enclosed.) Eastman Kodak Company Color Print and Processing Sales and Service
