Christmas 1946 at Grandma’s in McFalls. Marcia’s first skis. Last day of school 1947. Sub primary. Tommy & I & John washing wondows. Digging a well at camp. Stop laughing Daddy and pound harder – like Grandpa does. Marcia’s 6th birthday at Charlotte’s. Nancy Cram, Connie Bolduc, Fern & Mary Ann, Charlotte’s 4 & Mrs. Goudey. Judy Jamie & Joy Groseclose. Oct. 19, 1947. Coming home from the hospital. Denny about 1 month old. Christmas 1947 – 2 ½ month old. We 3 in the kitchen, kind of dark, eh? About 3 months old. How about in the living room in the sunshine – too bright? About 4 months Walking & just 5 months old. Left, right, left, right – Is it a doll? No – just Denny at 6 months plus. Last day of school, Connie & Marcia. Having a party in the back yard (7 months). July at Sabbathday Lake. Boy what a lovely bath tub (8 months plus) At Grandpa’s. Twins? No, Clifford & Denny at Grandma Goudey’s (9 months old) The Tumblers in action, long after the dance recital.
