Allen, but possible also shot by people on the crew or by Arnold's wife (David's stepmother - Marie Allen?verify name). Arnold Allen harvested his own berries and sold them to G.M. Allen & Son, Inc. of Blue Hill (http://www.gmallenwildblueberries.com/aboutgmallen.html which lists "North Sedgwick Canning Company" as a former name...a building with this name on it appears in the film). You can also see G.M. Allen & Son trucks in the film. It's unclear in the film which parts exactly are Arnold Allen's crew and which part is G.M. Allen & Son.
