Footage of the Worcester courthouse and then of Elaine Bosler coming out of the building. Followed by a voice over wrapup by the reporter. Bosler is being taken to court for having too many dogs and cats in her home. She was the dog officer in Princeton and instead of destroying animals after, she brought them home to care for until they could be adopted.This the second half of a story.
