Extensive footage of students at the University of Maine’s Forestry Camp learning and practicing their trade. Footage includes students working with a small, outdoor stone fireplace, a few shots of the University of Maine campus, students utilizing a variety of industry related equipment and vehicles, such as a bulldozer, attending a lecture, cutting and trimming trees, moving a log boom on a lake, planking a bridge, stacking cord wood, scenes from a graduation ceremony, sharpening saws, visiting work sites and watching logs being dumped into the river via a sluice.
