Shot of the front of South Boston High School. Kids get off the bus and shout. Reporter voiceover (no picture) about police presence and problems with horses. Reporter standup. Reporter voiceover (police in front of the school) about students arriving. Interview with a man while parents yell at the police. A person comes out of the school on a stretcher. Police bring a person out of the school, put him in a van, and the van drives away. Police motorcycles escort busses. African American students leave the school and get on buses. Reporter voiceover outtakes.Headmaster Dr. William J Reid talks to reporters about attendance numbers, class schedules, lunch period, and police in the building.
