The program includes recurring segments such as ìThe Trials and Tribulations of Ruby Slippersî and ìMechanical Minute with Lotta Knowhow.î This episode focuses on discrimination facing women in the workplace. It includes information on the Head Start preschool program and a segment about women who start their own businesses. It includes footage of Marjorie Erico (nurse practitioner) and the women at Ariba Design.
