Picture negative for 'By The People,' 'An information project of Channel 6 news produced in cooperation with the Maine State Legislature.' Follows the progress of a bill proposing lobster trap limit of 250 lobsters per fisherman. Bill was ultimately postponed indefinitely (i.e. defeated). // 1964 date code on film, 1966 date code on end segment that has a mag soundtrack.
