Reynolds reports from Philbrook's Floor Coverings in Rockland. Interview with Sumner Philbrook with who discusses his invention called "the impactor," which vacuums the air out of garbage bags so that additional material can be put inside. Demonstrates how the device works on garbage bags, and also advocates its use on foam pillows when traveling.
