Man works with a long pole to adjust or change the direction of one transmission line above him, and then works with another man to move a line. Interior views in a transmission room with long pieces of paper below valves, which a man checks. Views of two men working to paint transformer equipment, and a supervisor looking on as a man winds a small objects. Views of ships docked along the river near the electric transmission plant, then high angle views of the plant, buildings, transmission lines in the complex. Has a two-masted schooner sails along the river.
