NHF viewing notes: Joe Vanorse operating forklift to move crates of fish meal, Ralph Roman inspecting evaporators, testing fish oil, fish waste, zoom shot of plant. Log notes from Bob McIntire as follows: Fork lift picks up loaded crate of fish meal and stacks it in the warehouse, Joe Vanorse is worker. Loading meal into bags for shipping. Bulk storage of fishmeal. Pan to warehouse color balance off. Evaporators with Ralph Roman looking over equipment. Concentrated fish liquid being tested. Fish oil filters set but not being used. Fish oil coming out of concentrators in cooking room. Concentrators. Pan from presses to concentrators. Ground fish waste in conveyors carried directly into dryers. Truck coming in, man gets out. Truck getting ready to unload, backs into stall, gets back in truck, dumps load. CU of Seapro Express, fish racks. Truck pulls away. Front end loader picking up fish racks, enters plant. Loads into cooking conveyor. LS zoom in on plant.
