Steele reports on Governor James Longley press conference. Longley is opposed to a tax break bill that would benefit only the Sobin chemical plant in Orrington. Would approve the bill if the wording is changed, otherwise will veto. Steele interviews state representative John Norris of Brewer, who believes the legislature would override a veto. Carrigan visits the plant, which manufactures liquid chlorine. Footage of plant interior and description of the manufacturing process.
