Johnson reports from State House on proposed legislation to control interest rates on loans. Attorney General James Erwin spoke to the Senate, saying the state has a problem with loan sharks. Representative Louis Jalbert is sponsoring the bill. Jalbert speaks before legislature about loan sharking in the state. Erwin speaks to legislature in support of the legislation. Both men have reportedly received threats against their lives.
