Unidentified reporter interviews unidentified man, apparently representative of the pulp and paper industry, [Joseph M. Lupsha, Executive Director of the Main Forest Products Council in 1975] about spraying for the Spruce Budworm infestation. Says that spraying is necessary to preserve the spruce and fir supply for the lumber industry. Could cost $5 million to fight this year.
