Miss Bangor, wearing a sash and tiara stands in front of main entrance to the Bangor Auditorium and cuts ribbon while officials watch. Miss Bangor then rides the Ferris Wheel at the Fair and footage taken from the top of the ride shows the Bass Park fairground below.
