Donor's notes: 'Roswell Hatch's mother was a Bowerman, and as a teenager he had lived for a while at the 'Bowerman Homestead' (later operated, for much of the latter part of the 20th century as the private 'Saconnessett Homestead' museum). This reel is pretty much still life except for the surf and weather.'
