Participants include Governor Carl Milliken, and Penobscot and Passamaquoddy tribe members. Officers at clambake and sailors aboard the ship USS Utah are shown. Collection also contains a short documentary: a 1990 CNBC Cable news program segment concerning John E. Allen.
