Collection contains [Edward P. Arbo--home movies] (1949) with scenes of a log drive on the east branch of the Pleasant River. Collection also contains an amateur fictional work: "Little Log Cabin in the Northern Woods" (1930s) by A.K. Schuster, a story film about a young woman on a hunting trip with a Maine guide, which includes scenes of men working in Paul Arbo's lumber camp on Ebeemee Mountain, and canoeing on Ebeemee Lake.
A.K. Schuster, a New Haven dentist, came to Brownville with his daughter Frances, who is shown in his film. Paul Arbo was their guide in Maine, and also appears. Edward Arbo is Paul Arbo's son; he lives in Charlotte, Maine, and Lake Wales, Florida.
