New England scenes include lobster fishing, ferryboats, and a lighthouse at Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts, and the ferry at Bucksport, Maine. Significant regional events are included such as the first electric train between Hoboken and Morristown, New Jersey. Also of interest is color footage of Colonial Williamsburg (1930s); scenes of the ruins of the luxury liner "Morro Castle" at Asbury Park, New Jersey; and views of a steamboat on the Hudson River.
