Valdina Family Collection

      The Valdina Collection includes 2 reels of 16mm film (about 100 ft and 350 ft) and 1 reel of 8mm film (about 400). One of the 16mm films is titled "A Little King in Darkest Africa" and includes racially biased depictions in B&W cartoon format. The home movies include scenes from Little Cranberry Island, Maine; Massachusetts; and of Ashley Bryan (artist and writer).
      The films include images of the Valdina Family, and the Sannella Family.
